Acudor’s DW-5058 is a recessed drywall access door designed for walls and ceilings where visual continuity matters. Built specifically for 5/8" drywall, it installs flush with the surrounding finishes and surface seamlessly — allowing architects and specifiers to preserve clean lines without sacrificing access.

Engineered with an aluminum extrusion door and frame, the DW-5058 is recessed to mirror drywall bead edges, making it easy to tape, mud, and paint in place. Once finished, the door blends into the wall or ceiling plane, delivering an intentionally discreet, architecturally refined appearance.

Purpose-Built for Discreet Access

The DW-5058 features a concealed touch latch and dust seal gasket to maintain a clean look while protecting the opening. A wing hinge allows the door panel to open to 90 degrees and be fully removed when needed, providing unobstructed access for maintenance and inspection.
